Admission Department:

Understanding and recognizing customers’ requests and correctly identifying and determining the tests that must be performed on the samples is the first and most important step in providing desirable services to customers. The Admission Department of Razi Metallurgy Research Center, as one of the main pillars of communication with customers, is responsible for receiving samples and determining the required tests by utilizing the knowledge of experienced experts and based on customers’ requests and the latest revisions of valid national and international standards. In this unit, the experts of this Center are ready to provide consultation to customers regarding the required tests for various samples.

The most important services provided in the Admission Department:

  • Scheduling appointments and welcoming customers
  • Receiving samples and customers’ requests
  • Reviewing customers’ request letters and providing necessary consultations
  • Examining the feasibility of performing tests according to the type of sample
  • Determining the required tests based on customers’ requests and the requirements of the relevant standard
  • Determining the amount of sample required to perform the test
  • Registering customers’ requests and assigning a tracking number

Coordination Department:

The Coordination Department of Razi Metallurgy Research Center, as the communication bridge between the Center and customers, is responsible for handling financial matters and following up customers’ requests after the work has been accepted.

The most important services provided in the Coordination Department:

  • Issuing proforma invoices for customers and delivering them in person or sending them via fax and email
  • Following up payment of fees and financial confirmation
  • Coordinating with customers in case of changes in tests, changes in costs, sample shortages, etc.
  • Following up customers’ requests after admission and during the performance of research tests
  • Printing reports
  • Preparing duplicate reports or certified true copies in accordance with regulations and laws
  • Changing sample names
  • Delivering reports to customers in person or sending them via courier or post
  • Sending reports via fax or email
  • Storing and maintaining samples before and after performing tests and delivering them to customers
  • Coordinating with representative offices and sending reports and samples to them
