The Casting Group of this center, with 43 years of research and industrial experience, has the capability to execute various industrial projects. The main activities of this group include optimizing manufacturing and production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste, extending the service life of components, designing and selecting special alloys for specific applications, replacing domestic raw materials instead of foreign ones, reverse engineering, and providing methods and technical knowledge for producing prototype components and industrial parts. This group has collaborated with various industries including oil, gas, and petrochemicals, cement, power plants, machinery, automotive, railway, polymers, and medical engineering.
