Engineering Design and Simulation

The Engineering Design Department of Razi Metallurgy Research Center, utilizing qualified specialists in various fields (materials engineering, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, etc.) and relying on 40 years of experience in the casting industry, is capable of providing services including solidification process design and simulation, gating and feeding system design, preparation of melt and casting instructions, process supervision, and ultimately quality control and issuance of health certificates for casting parts.

At Razi Metallurgy Research Center, the design of gating and feeding systems in casting parts as well as the simulation of casting processes are carried out using powerful up-to-date international software. In addition, mechanical design and stress analysis using well-known and معتبر software are available for the manufacturing or optimization of various component designs.

Relying on participation in more than 300 projects in recent years, including heavy industry projects such as the manufacturing of a 360-ton ring and a 240-ton roller for the cement industry, as well as various projects for manufacturing components for oil and gas industries, hydro and wind power plants, automotive, and water industries in different dimensions and weights, this department is capable of providing design, technology development, and technical knowledge documentation for a wide range of components.
