In-Company Training - Razi Metallurgy Research Center
Razi Metallurgy Research Center, in order to fulfill its mission, achieve its vision, continue and stabilize the company's policies, enhance employees, and achieve its long-term and short-term goals, designs, plans, and implements specialized training based on the identified needs of existing job positions.
General Training :
Training that must be completed by all employees at all levels, such as: mission, vision, policies, company goals and values, workplace organization, occupational safety and health, teamwork and problem solving in teams, organizational behavior and effective communication, etc.
Specialized Training :
Providing training appropriate to the type of activity, responsibilities, and job positions of laboratory experts and department supervisors such as: statistical process control, general calibration, working with laboratory equipment, familiarity with relevant laboratory standards, familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standard
On-the-Job Training (OJT) :
On-the-job training means that practical and theoretical training is provided to the individual while performing the job. This method is the most appropriate way to teach knowledge and skills that can be learned within a specific period of time.
Self-Development Training (SD) :
This type of training is carried out by employees through studying books, publications, articles, and scientific, technical, and economic reports.
