We consider customers as the most important factor for the survival and continuity of Razi Metallurgy Research Center, and we constantly strive to create sustainable value for them by understanding and anticipating their needs, wants, and expectations.

In this regard, we strive to:

  • Identify different customer groups and anticipate and respond to their diverse needs, wants, and expectations.
  • Establish a dialogue with the Center’s customers based on transparency, openness, and respect, and continuously improve it.
  • Equip the Center’s staff with the necessary tools, competencies, and capabilities for accurate, correct, and prompt responses.
  • Continuously monitor and review customers’ experiences, criticisms, suggestions, and perceptions, and respond effectively and efficiently.
  • Involve customers in the development of research services and innovations.
